REMINDER.....Daylight savings ends tomorrow ......fall back

Fall back what a way to think about it, I hate when it gets dark earlier in the evenings. How do you beat the fall time blues. Please share with me. Here are a couple ideas

1) Lighting .. Add more therapy light to help with moods
2) Exercise .. Go to the gym feel the excitement from others
3) Enjoy your evening with family and friend nestled in watching movies and playing game
